Ada Frances Parks 88, formerly of Ganong Drive, Saranac, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the Clinton County Nursing Home. She was born in St. Johns, New Brunswick, Canada on February 24, 1928 the daughter of Rev. Henry and Gladys (Laura) (Dorse) Coleman. Frances truly loved spending time with her loved ones and family members. She always had the ability to lighten every situation. Frances is predeceased by her parents, her first husband father of her children Donald Parks, and significant other of 25 years Glenn Fisher, Brother Rev. Douglas Coleman, and sister Ruth Stumpf. Those that survive her are her Brother Donald Coleman (Geneive), of Pompano Beach, Florida, Brother in Law - Bob Stumpf of Conneticut 4 Sons: Wayne (Layne) Parks of Alabama, and their children Catelin & Randy Gary (Heidi) Parks of Milton, NY and their children Jennifer and Jan Laurie Billy (Julie) Parks of Monroe, and their children Michigan, MacKenzie and Kylie Guido (Veronica) Parks of Montrose, NY, and their children Morgan, Maureen, Mallory And 1 Daughter Darlene and her "favorite son in law" Jim Medeiros, children Matthew, Emily, Austin Medeiros of Saranac NY As well as 9 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephew! The family would like to thank the staff at the Third Age Center and the Clinton County Nursing Home for all the love, laughs and care you have given to our mother over the last several years. A Brief Prayer Service will be held at Assumption of Mary Church, in Redford at 11:30 on July 30th and a gathering to celebrate the way Franny would like us to celebrate her at her Daughter and Son In Laws Residence on Ganong Drive, Saranac at 2:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers we wish for donations to be given to the Clinton County Nursing Home activity program, or the Third Age Center Plattsburgh State College.
