Alex J ""Good Neighbor Beav"" Harvey

Chazy Mr. Alex J. "Good Neighbor, Beav" Harvey, 56, of Lake Shore Road, Chazy, New York passed away, Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at the CVPH Medical Center with family by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh, New York on December 17, 1954 the son of Harold J. and Naomi (Ashline) Harvey. Alex and his wife Debbie owned and operated their own trucking company A & D Freight, Inc. of Chazy. After Debbie passed away, he then drove for his nephew, Justin Harvey at Just N Time Express in Chazy. He enjoyed camping, NASCAR and spending time with family and friends. Alex was predeceased by his parents Harold and Naomi Harvey and his wife Deborah M. Harvey. He is survived by three daughters; Heather Worley and her husband Shon of Beekmantown, Ashley Harvey and her companion Timothy Berry of West Chazy, Kendell Harvey of Chazy, his brothers; Rick Harvey and his companion Pat of Hamilton, Ohio, Olen Harvey and his wife Sherri of Rouses Point, Rodney Harvey and his wife Diane of Champlain, two sisters, Alesia Thibault of Chazy, Lynn Maskell and her husband Steve of Chazy, four grandchildren; Madison and Ethan Worley, Bryce Berry and Neven Harvey, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and his canine companions Hope and Heidi also survive him. There will be no callings hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September, 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Chazy, New York. Interment with his wife Deborah Harvey will follow at Schuyler Falls Cemetery. Friends wishing may make donations to the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center at CVPH Medical Center.
