Alice C Tetreault

Alice C. Tetreault, 90 of Plattsburgh, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility. She was born on August 30, 1932, one of 14 children in Champlain, NY the daughter of Eldege and Maria (Poulin) Tetreault.

Alice loved to crochet or could be found coloring in her later years. She enjoyed being outside in nature and being with her family. Alice loved to cook home made meals for herself and also was happy to give a helping hand preparing for birthdays and holidays, not to mention her sweet-tooth and extra ordinary and very witty commentary! In the sixties and seventies she always loved her vacations with the DiCarlo’s and Tetreault’s and was the lead back-up singer at family musical parties.

She is survived by her sister, Marie DiCarlo and her brother Felix Tetreault, and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, her siblings; Emma, Agnes, Louis, Theresa, Rita, Raymond, Gerard, Michael, Emile, George and Albert.

Calling hours will be on Friday, April 21, from 12:00pm-1:15pm at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Peter's Church. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Cooperville.
