Alice L. Latour, 79, of Johnson Avenue, Plattsburgh, NY passed away Friday December 2, 2016 at the Clinton County Nursing Home with her family by her side. She was born in Burke, NY on February 5, 1937 the daughter of Leon F. and Ruth (Lord) Whitney. Calling hours will be Sunday December 4, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY.
