Ann J Diabo

Ann J. Diabo, 61 of Cardinal Court, Plattsburgh, NY passed away on Sunday October 4, 2009 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Montreal, Quebec on May 28, 1948 the daughter of Sydney Lawrence and Joyce Burgess Lewis-Cloutier. Ann was an avid gardener; she was also a member of the Red Hat Society. Ann was the only Canadian to be accepted to the Italia Conti School of Drama in London at the age of 18. She worked as a medical records technician for 25 years before retiring and moving to Plattsburgh. She is survived by her husband Brodney Diabo, a daughter Kari Diabo-Brodie and her husband Michael of Montreal, PQ, a sister Lee Carrier and her husband Grant of British Columbia and a brother Peter Cloutier of Harrington, PQ. Calling Hours will be held on Saturday October 10, 2009 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 2:30 in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Donations in Ann's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Fitzpatrick Cancer Center at CVPH Medical Center.
