Joanne Buskey of Saranac., her beloved sister, Eleanor and Howard Decker of Fitzwilliams, New Hampshire (we will always treasure the wonderful visit Aunt Nore and mom had this summer) ; five grandchildren Evan and Stacy Snider, Charles and Charlene Allen, Tony Allen and Tiffany Parks, Justin Buskey and Monica McComb, Adam Buskey, four great grandchildren; Mason and Barrett Snider, Brady Allen and Jon Allen, a special cousin Alice Cringle, special friends Joanne DuBuke and Luella Drollette, Bev and Chet, and several nieces and nephews. Her beloved husband, Maynard Dubray passed away December 27, 1988. Three sisters; Marjorie Archambault, Helen Gonyea and Bernadette Cane and one brother Raymond Facteau also passed away earlier. In accordance with Betty's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Church of the Assumption in Redford. Interment will be in the parish cemetery on Friday, April 29, 2011 following a 9:00 am memorial Mass. Memorial donations may be offered to the family to be distributed to a charity of their choice. We want to especially acknowledge Joanne who made it possible for mom to stay at home until the end. It was so important for her not to leave the family homestead which she loved until the day she died. We know it will always be home to us! And so mom, we bid farewell to you, a very special lady. A big part of our family chain is broken but we promise to reconnect the chain and keep it going. Your place on the swing at Camp Forever will be empty but we know you will be with us this summer as we enjoy lazy days together and recollect the times we had. Your suffering is over- rest in peace and know that we love you! Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, N.Y.(518) 561-3980. Online condolences may be made and memorial candles lit at www.brownfuneralhomeinc.com.
