Anna R Forkey

Anna R. Forkey, 96, of Flynn Avenue, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Saturday December 1, 2018 at the Clinton County Nursing Home. She was born in Plattsburgh on February 8, 1922 the daughter of Henry and Elmira (Myra) Peryea. She was a member of Holy Angels Church for over 50 years. Anna married Charles Forkey at Holy Angels Church in Altona. She volunteered with Advocacy and Resource Center of Clinton County for many years. She predeceased by her parents, several siblings, her husband Charles and a daughter Angela. Anna is survived by her children; Gladys Boyd of Florida, Constance (Leonard) Binder and Larry (Jo Ann) Forkey, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive her. Calling hours will be held on Monday December 10, 2018 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Holy Angels Church in Altona, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 am, burial will be later next year in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Clinton County ARC.
