Anna M Pageau

Lyon Mountain, N.Y”Anna Pageau, age 97, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012 at her daughter's home in Morrisonville, NY under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Witherbee, NY on December 30, 1914, the daughter of the late John and Rose (Music) Bingel. Anna enjoyed bird watching, gardening, playing cards, Bingo, and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of St. Bernard's Church in Lyon Mountain. Anna is survived by her daughters, Mary (Douglas) Carrow of Lyon Mountain, Geraldine Suhocki of Schenectady, Bernadette (Marshall) DuBray of Morrisonville and Pauline (Donald) Wooster of Peoria, AZ. She is also survived by her granddaughter Ann (Glenn) Acosta of Dove Canyon, CA and great-grandchildren Christine and Matthew Acosta of Dove Canyon, CA, Kellen Louis of Morrisonville, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased in death by her husband Gerald Pageau; son Gerald Pageau, Jr., granddaughter Jean (DuBray) Pulsifer, her brothers John, Walter, Carl and Anthony, and a sister Mary Bingel. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00am, Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at St. Bernard's Church in Lyon Mountain with the Rev. Theodore Crosby as celebrant.
