Anthony P Arena

Sunday evening, June 27, 2021, Anthony (Tony) Arena of Plattsburgh, NY passed peacefully at age 61 at CVPH Medical Center.

Tony was born in Brooklyn NY October 20, 1959, to Vito Arena and Florence (Daniels) Covel. He moved to Schuyler Falls, NY at a young age and attended Peru school until he enlisted in the Army, from which he left on a medical discharge.

Tony had a passion for cars, fishing, listening to old country music, and generally having a good time. He was always quick to smile and tell you he loved you. Tony was a fun loving guy, king of the "dad joke" and always up for a good prank.

Tony was predeceased by his father, mother, step father Robert, brother in law Ralph and siblings Michael, David, and Elizabeth. He leaves behind daughters Tina Arena, Shari Miner, and Lisa Arena; grandchildren Jaden Kurz, Zachery Miner, and Izaiah Gonzalez; siblings Rose and Robert Covel and a half sister, Valerie Arena; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Services will be held at Brown funeral home in Plattsburgh NY, Wednesday, July 7th from 2pm-4pm. Donations of cards, flowers, or photos may be sent to the funeral home or any family member.
