Arthur J. Rabideau, 81, of Twin Circle, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by his side. He was born in Mount Holly, Vermont on August 7, 1940, the son of the late Francis and Florence (Myatt) Rabideau.
Arthur served in the Army during the Vietnam War and later was a carpenter for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and the casino.
He is survived by his wife Marilyn (Duell) Rabideau, his step children and their spouses; Richard Blanchard Jr. and wife Hollie , Tammy Collins and husband Calvin his siblings; Carol Defayette, Christa Swiesz, Frank and Larry Rabideau. his grandchildren; Caswell, Carlie, and Kaylie McCoy, Bonn Nordin, Emilee (Ethan ) Quantock , his great grandchildren; Grayson Nordin, Lillie Quantock and Remyngton Whalen and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by sons Shawn and Larry, a brother Gary, and his sisters Dora Dellio, Ginger Mayhew, Florence Rabideau, Shirley Agoney and Joanne Gordon.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at St. Peter’s cemetery at a later date.
