Barbara J Clark

On February 18, 2023, Barbara Joyce Gilman Clark of Altona, NY, made the journey home to the Lord at the age of 87, born on February 20, 1935. She now has no more struggles, no more pain and is resting in peace n the arms of her God and the loved ones who passed before her.

Mom, we were blessed and lucky to have you as our mother. We hope that you are now reunited with all your loved ones that passed before you and you are all having a party to celebrate your reunion. Your journey in life was not always easy, but you never let the little things get you down. Every day you strived to make your family’s life as good as it could be.

Thank you so very much for everything that you gave and taught all of us. Your love and devotion to your family is your legacy. Your little smirks and one liners and all the things that made you, you will be in our memories and hearts forever.

Mom, we love you so very much and will miss you every day. Rest easy, our precious Mom.

She is survived by her children, JoAnne (Reggie) Nephew, James (Anne Marie) Gilman, Cindy (Lyndon) Brothers, David Gilman, Holly (Thomas) Garrand, along with her many grand-children, great grand-children, and great, great grandson. She loved and adored each and every one of them.

To honor Barbara’s request, there will be no calling hours, funeral, or memorial service. A spring graveside service will be held.
