Bernice V Jerry

Bernice V. Jerry, 96, of Plattsburgh, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility with family by her side. She was born in Ellenburg on May 30, 1923, the daughter of the late Modest and Bertha (Trombley) Trombly.
Bernice owned and operated Bernie’s Lounge in Plattsburgh for many years. She spent many winters in Florida and enjoyed travelling.
She is survived by her daughters and their spouses; Yvonne and David Lawrence of Plattsburgh and Dade City, Fl., ,Angela Golden of Beekmantown, a son in law Arnold Messer of New Windsor, NY, 9 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Her husband Jack J. Jerry, her parents, a daughter Beverly Ann Messer, and a son in law Edgar Golden, passed away earlier.
Calling hours will be held privately for the family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 11:00 am at St. John’s Church. Interment will be in St. George’s cemetery in Burke at a later date.
