Bertha B. Godbout

Bertha B. Godbout, 88, of Plattsburgh, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at CVPH. She was born Saturday, June 22nd, 1935, the daughter of Nicholas Smorang and Parania Bohda. She married Donald Godbout. Bertha had a love for her family and loved gardening. She is survived by her children, George and his long time companion Debra, Nicky and his wife Dian, Ralph and his wife Wendy, William and his wife Brigitte, Barry, Rodney and wife Candee; daughter in-laws, Connie and Paula; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Alice; nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Donald and her two children, Isadore (Bobby) and David. Calling hours will take place on April 17th at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, NY. An inurnment will follow at Plattsburgh Community Mausoleum.
