Betty A Newell

Betty A. Newell, 71, of Cadyville passed away, Thursday, May 6, 2021 under the care of her sister Shirley Bell and Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Plattsburgh, on June 4, 1949 the daughter of Ernest and Agnes (Provost) Pelkey.
Betty had a love for animals, especially her Pomeranian, Dusty. She enjoyed family time and being with her sister Shirley and brother-in-law, Bob.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Newell and her companion Jason Rabideau, her sister, Shirley Bell, her grandsons, Aaron Michael Rock and Evan John Rock and his companion Alyssa Gaff and her great-granddaughter Arabella Noelle Rock.
She is predeceased by her parents and her brother-in-law Robert R. Bell.
There will be no public calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:00pm at St. Joseph’s Church in Dannemora.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
