Betty L St. Denis

Betty St. Denis, age 90 formerly of Cadyville, NY, passed away in Florida on February 14, 2024 with her daughter Patricia at her side. Betty was born on August 13, 1933 to Leslie and Marie Cavers. She married the love of her life in July 1951. She is survived by her daughters Joanne and Patricia (Tim), daughter-in-law Sandy, brother Gordon (Janet) Cavers, sister-in-law Angela Krawitz and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, son Robin, son Joseph Ricky, son-in-law Ross, sister Patricia, brother David, parents and in-laws, sisters in-law Terry, Cecile, and Rita. Betty was a homemaker who cherished her family, enjoyed reading, flowers, birds, Hallmark movies, square dancing and the waterfall that her husband Joseph built for her when he was in his 70’s. While raising her children, she received her LPN and worked in a local doctor's office in the 60s. Betty and Joe enjoyed traveling and took their children on several cross country camping trips in the 1960’s and 1970’s. Upon retirement they enjoyed numerous trips in their 5th wheel traveling across the United States and Canada visiting friends and relatives and wintering in Apache Junction, Arizona. The family requests donations to the charity of your choice in memory of Betty. There will be a funeral service and burial on June 28, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Church, 26 Church Street , Cadyville, NY 12918.
