Billie L Phaneuf

It's with our heavy hearts we regret to inform everyone of the sudden passing of our sweet Billie L Phaneuf early Saturday morning, June 24, 2023. Billie was born in Plattsburgh, NY, November 8, 1982. She lived in Rutland, Vermont many years but always considered New York home at heart.

She is predeceased by her Father William Phaneuf Sr.

Surviving family includes her Mother Tracey Phaneuf, Grandmother Pamela Pion, Daughter Sarah L Munnett, Brothers Kenneth Phaneuf, William Phaneuf Jr. And Ross Phaneuf and sister Kayleigh Phaneuf-Keast.

Billie had many Aunts. Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins she loved dearly. Billie loved her dog Betty (Roo) and cat Mavis. She was adored by all who encountered her. Billie had the ability to make anyone smile and light up the room. She loved working with the carnival for many years. Making kids smile and meeting new people while enjoying the fresh air was what she loved most about it. Her artwork was truly a beautiful talent. We will all miss her tremendously.

Calling hours will be held from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on July 14, 2023, at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Celebration of Life will follow from 3:00pm to 5:00pm in Peru at the VFW. We will love and miss you always, Bop♡
