Brenda E Duquette (King)

Beekmantown Mrs. Brenda E. Duquette, 73, of Haynes Road, Plattsburgh, New York passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 at the UVM CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on September 10, 1942 the daughter of the late George and Mary (LaMora) King. Brenda spent her free time crocheting, knitting and going to bingo. Her favorite things to do were spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her children: Sharri Partridge and her husband Brian of New Hampshire, Karen Campbell and companion Ed Bousquet of Plattsburgh, Julie and David Watts of Myrtle Beach, S.C., her step-children and their spouses; Mary and Wendell Jones of Fredericksburg, Va., Robert Duquette Jr. of Beekmantown, Joyce Duquette of Lavon, Texas, Michael Duquette of Bryan, Texas, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her cat "Peanut." She was predeceased by her husband, Robert, three sons Brian Coryea, Steven Coryea and Christopher Coryea and a stepson Bryan Duquette, a granddaughter Kaitlyn Watts. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 5:30 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Chazy, NY.
