Brenda G Rinn

Brenda G. Rinn, 72, of Wall Street, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday January 15, 2019 at her home. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on April 2, 1947 the daughter of Chester and Marie Wilkins. Brenda graduated from Plattsburgh High School in 1965. She graduated from Clinton Community College and worked for Clinton County ARC in Plattsburgh. Brenda married Richard Franklin Rinn on July 4, 2002. She was predeceased by her parents, a brother Robert Wilkins and her husband Richard in 2010. Brenda is survived by her sons; John Lawliss, Jr. and his husband Christopher St. George of NH, Michael Lawliss and his wife Kate of Plattsburgh, her step daughter Lahoma Mangum and her husband John of Plattsburgh, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, a half-sister Shelia Montrond of VA, several nieces and nephews also survive her.
