Brian W Thomas

Plattsburgh Brian W. "Fro" Thomas, 41, of Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Fletcher Allen Hospital with his loving family by his side. He was born in Loweville, NY on November 30, 1975 the son of Donald and Irene (Johnson) Thomas. Brian was more than a car enthusiast, cars were his life. In his younger years, he enjoyed skateboarding and snowboarding. He could be found spending time with his friends and talking about cars in great lengths. Brian was a very giving person, and in death continued to be that person as he was able to be a full organ donor and continue to help those in need. He was predeceased by his grandparents, and his uncle, Verne L. Johnson. Brian is survived by his parents, his fiancé Cheryl Lee D'Aust, and his extended D'Aust family, his aunts and uncles; Allen Thomas and his wife Krysia, Sally Seltmann and her husband Gregg, Glenn Thomas, his cousins; Ashley and Casey Seltmann, Shannon, Adam, Ryan Thomas, and Michelle Longo, his beloved canine "Roll Dog" Carlee, and many special friends near and far. Calling hours will be held on Friday August 4, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A car cruise in his memory will begin at 7:00 pm from the Brown Funeral Home.
