Bruce W St Denis

Mr. Bruce W. St. Denis, 69, of Crete Blvd., Plattsburgh, NY passed away Thursday, July 5, 2012 at CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on September 24, 1942 the son of Floyd and Gloria (Guay) St. Denis. Bruce graduated from Mount Assumption Institute in 1959. He served in the United States Army Reserves. Bruce and his wife Donna owned and operated South Catherine Street Grocery for many years. Most recently he had been working at Walmart in Plattsburgh. He enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino. Bruce was predeceased by his parents and a brother Hal St. Denis. He is survived by his wife Donna St. Denis of Plattsburgh, three sons; Wayne St. Denis of VT, Jeff St. Denis and his wife Erin of Plattsburgh, Chad St. Denis of Plattsburgh, a step son, Justin Perry of SC, three grandchildren; Chantel, Emma and Cogan St. Denis, two sisters; Joyce Colombe of Ogdensburg and Terry Winterbottom and her husband Martin of Plattsburgh, several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him. Calling hours will be held on Monday July 9, 2012 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. St. Peter's Cemetery in Plattsburgh.
