Carlton A Rizzie

Carlton A. Rizzie, 91, of Plattsburgh, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Wesley Healthcare Facility in Saratoga Springs, NY. He was born in Plattsburgh on February 13, 1928, the son of the late Walter and Melvena (Donah) Rizzie.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh, NY. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Plattsburgh at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to Our Lady of Victory Church.
