Carmen Fraser-Whilby

Carmen Fraser-Whilby, 73, of Peru, passed away Thursday, September 09, 2021 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by her side. She was born on April 10, 1948 in St. Ann, Jamaica, the daughter of the late Rudolph and Gladys (Barrett) Fraser.
Carmen was employed at Pine Harbour assisted living from 2015 -2021.
She is survived by her 8 children; Cynthia Lewis, Beverly Brown, Eric Brown, Andrea Wright, Paul Wright ,Winsome Wright, Michael Wright and Canute Wright and their spouses. She had 27 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren with 1 on the way, with many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at the First Assembly of God Church, Prospect Avenue in Plattsburgh. Face masks are required. Services will be follow at 5:00 pm at the First Assembly of God Church. Additional services will be held in St. Ann, Jamaica where burial will be in the family cemetery.
