Carol A. Caron

Carol A Caron, 78,of Plattsburgh, NY died Wednesday February 8, 2024 at the Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility. She was born Sunday April 29th,1945, the daughter of Allan Mott and Alice Strife. Carol will be remembered for her love for her family, spending time together during the holidays, barbecue picnics outside under the pine trees of her home in Peru, NY, and watching the wildlife that came to the bird feeder every day. She loved to cook most especially her mother’s baked goods that have been carried on in tradition. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Fortin and husband Raymond Fortin; grandchildren, Jeffrey Caron, Devan Sterusky, Andrea Strong, Devlin Fortin and Liette Fortin; great grandchildren, Claudia Caron and Jack Caron. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her late husband Russell Caron. Services will be taking place at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
