Carolann Holter

Carolann Holter, 60, of Plattsburgh , passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the UVM-CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Oceanside, NY on September 23, 1959 the daughter of Thomas and Anastasia Steele.

She loved to spend a lot of her time cooking for her family. Carol also loved to spend quality time with her family at the house enjoying her kids and grand kids.

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Timothy, their two children Michael and Christopher , her two grand children Brooke and Kelsey and two brothers, Thomas and Glen Steele.

She was predeceased by her mother Anastasia Steele, her father Thomas Steele, and her sister Maryann Steele.

There will be no public calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at St. Peter’s Churchat l0:00am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered.
