Cathy L Dubrey

Cathy L. Dubrey, 64, of the Ackey Road passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Plattsburgh on July 9, 1957 the daughter of Eugene and J. Wanda (Barnes) LaBombard.
Cathy retired from the Plattsburgh City School District. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her grandchildren and her canine companions.
Cathy is predeceased by her father.
She is survived by her husband of forty three years James Dubrey, Jr., two daughters; Jayna Dubrey and her companion Eric Johnson, Tracy Brown-Hemingway and her husband Eric, four grandchildren; Adam and Sam Dubrey-Wisniewski, Makayla Brown-Hemingway and Ian Hemingway, her mother Wanda LaBombard, her siblings; Cindy (Don) Eckhoff and her special nephew Tyler, Carol LaBombard, Lee (Brenda) LaBombard, Karen (Tom) Rock, Penny (Barry) Provost, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Cathy’s memory may be made to Autism Alliance of Northeastern New York.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
