Cecilia Ab Mahoney

Plattsburgh Mrs. Cecilia A. B. Mahoney, 84, formerly of Burnt Hills, New York passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the Evergreen Valley Nursing Home. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on November 9, 1930 the daughter of Alexander and Dora (Monette) Bedard. Cecilia was a graduate of Plattsburgh High School. She retired from General Electric in Schenectady, NY. Cecilia was predeceased by her parents, her husband James Mahoney and a brother Francis Bedard. She is survived by three sisters; Mary Durocher of Plattsburgh, NY, Thelma Stacy of Cheyenne, WY, Audrey Manor of Plattsburgh, NY, three brothers; Paul Bedard, Joseph Bedard, Alexander Bedard, Jr. and his wife Deborah of South Glens Falls, NY, many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, April 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Victory Church. Interment will be at Woestina Cemetery in Rotterdam Junction, NY.
