West Chazy Mr. Charles H. "Charlie" Ashley of the Ashley Road, West Chazy, NY passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the home of his son William Ashley with his loving family by his side under the care of Hospice of the North Country. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on May 25, 1928 the son of Merton and Mary (Atwood) Ashley. Charlie's family will receive guests beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the West Chazy Community Church with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Church. Entombment will be at Whispering Maples Mausoleum, Ellenburg Depot, New York. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Chazy Community Church.
