Charles L Dell

Plattsburgh Charles L. Dell, 84, of Plattsburgh, passed away peacefully at Clinton County Nursing Home, Sunday, February 10, 2013, with his family by his side. He was born in New York, NY, July 27, 1928, the son of Anthony and Florence (Stevens) Dell'Orfano. Charles served in the U.S. Navy and later the U.S. Air Force. He was employed for many years as a Special Effects Engineer for the Society of Motion Pictures and Television Engineers of California. Charles is survived by his children, Charles E. Dell, Michelle Dell, Mary Dell, Susan Dell'Orphano, Cheryl Simoneau, Joseph Dell, Anthony Dell and Elizabeth Dell. Calling hours will be held from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh, NY. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home.
