Penney in the two Plattsburgh stores. She retired from Penney's in 2000. Charlotte was an excellent cook, much to the delight of her four children and close friends. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, and collecting cranberry glass and cat figurines. She loved animals, especially cats. Relatives who passed away before her include her brothers Ronald, Kenneth and Carroll, her nephews Keith Eastlund and Michael Hall, and mother in law Mary Drake, all of Iowa. Also passing before her were her son in law Richard Cooper and her good friends Bernice Cooper, Betty Van Etten and Janine Holcombe, all of Plattsburgh New York. Charlotte is survived by her sister Doris Eastlund, brother Cedric Hall and his wife Helen, all of Boone Iowa; her children Cheri Jones of Saratoga Springs N.Y., son Randy Jones of Schuyler Falls N.Y., son Casey Jones of Plattsburgh N.Y., and son Jeffrey Jones, his wife Laura, and their three children Ashley, Craig and Makayla of Provo Utah.
