Christina A "Chris" Monty

Mrs. Christina A. "Chris" Monty, 89, formerly of Russell Barnard Apartments and most recently Vale Haven Home for Adults in Peru passed away Friday January 27, 2012 at the CVPH Medical Center. She was born in Keeseville, New York September 15, 1922 the daughter of George A. and Merilda (LaMountain) LaBounty. Calling hours will be Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. Plattsburgh, NY. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. William G. Reamer Chaplain at CVPH Medical Center officiating. Interment will be later this year at St. John's Cemetery in Keeseville.
