West Chazy Mrs. Constance "Connie" L. Rabideau, 65, of West Chazy, NY passed away Sunday, January 25, 2009 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh with her family by her side after a lengthy illness. She was born on October 22, 1943 the daughter of Edward and Audrey (Frenyea) Myatt, Sr. Connie graduated from Beekmantown Central School and soon after began working at Diamond International. Later she worked at Imperial Wall Covering in Plattsburgh for 25 years before retiring. After a short time she went back to work at World Wide Warehouse and IMS in Champlain before fully retiring. Connie's life revolved around her family, weather it was the holidays, family gathering or being the score keeper at family Archery Tournaments. She enjoyed camping, canning and especially gardening, but was well known for her home cooking. Connie was predeceased by her mother Audrey (Frenyea) Myatt, a son-in-law Gerald F. Ratta and a granddaughter Jamie Lynn Ratta. She is survived by her father Edward Myatt, Sr. of West Chazy, NY, her companion of 25 years Jerome Favreau of Champlain, NY., and her children's father and long time friend Robert C. Rabideau of Mooers, NY. Two daughters; Laura A. Gamache and her husband Clifton of Altona, NY and Lisa Boulrice and her husband James of Mooers Forks, NY. Three Sons; Kevin Rabideau of Plattsburgh, NY, Robert F. Rabideau of Altona, NY and Keith Rabideau and his wife Lisa of West Chazy, NY. Nine grandchildren; Jamie, Nichole, Heather, Nicole, Robbie, Michelle, Eric, Kammie, Austin and soon to be born, Alissa. A sister Nancy LaValley and her husband Norman of Altona, NY and two brothers; Edward L. Myatt, Jr. and his wife Linda of West Chazy and Morris "Luke" Myatt and his wife Janice of West Chazy. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive her as well as her daughter's dog Princess who she called her baby. At Connie's request their will be no public calling hours, a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 28, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Louis de France Church in Sciota, NY. Burial will be in the parish cemetery later in the year. Donations in Connie's Memory may be made to the ICU Unit at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh or Make A Wish Foundation of Northern New York.
