Cynthia "Shirley" S. Powell

Cynthia "Shirley" S. Powell, 80, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at the Elderwood of Uihlein at Lake Placid. She was born on January 6th, 1944. Shirley had a love for her family and really loved walking and being outdoors. She is survived by her children, Alando Powell and his wife Tina, Lester Powell; and six grandchildren; siblings, Neville, Victor, Pamela, and Cecile; numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Isaac Powell and her parents. It was Shirley's wish to not have any services. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
