Dale S Desrocher

Dale S. Desrocher, 64, of Sailly Avenue, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with his wife by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh on March 4, 1956, the son of Lester and Barbara (Tallman) Desrocher.
Dale enjoyed wrestling, pool tournaments, and darts. He often enjoyed going fishing and being outdoors. Dale was a big sports fan and he loved the New York Yankees and Green Bay Packers .
Dale also loved to go fishing with his wife and go dancing and going to Cooperstown. He attended Beekmantown School, graduating in 1973 with high honors where he was #1 in wrestling. He worked for Bouyea Bakery. He later worked for Luck Brothers Construction where he excelled at carpentry. He will be missed for being a great husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his mother Barbara Westover, his wife of 26 years, Linda, his step-daughter Chasity Vaughn and her husband Eric, his grandchildren; Cheyenne, Noel, Matthew, David, George, Kaine, Aiden, great-grandchildren, Amara Lee, Avery, Maya, Willow, Lucca, his siblings; Todd and his wife Chris, Danny and his wife Carrien, Dean, Richard “RJ “and his companion Karen, Andrea and her husband Randy, Allison and her husband Dennis, his sister-in-law Renee , his God-son Chad Desrocher, his blueberry-eyed little girl whom he had a special bond with, his closest brother, Todd who he adored, brothers-in-law, Michael Bibeau and his wife Guylain of Canada, Robert Bibeau of Plattsburgh, Roger Bibeau and his wife Kelly of Plattsburgh, Paul Martin Jr., of Vermont, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by his father, his brother Craig Desrocher, step-daughter Monica Bibeau, his step-father Wayne Westover, and his mother-in-law, Monique Bibeau.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. A Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
