Dale R Stephens

Dale R. Stephens, 72, of Sailly Avenue, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH with family by his side. He was born in Cass City, Michigan on January 6, 1950, the son of the late Robert and Eleanor (Moeller) Stephens.

Dale served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968 to 1989 and retired as a Tech Sergeant. He enjoyed collecting military patches and was very proud to be a part of the Honor Flight in 2021. He also enjoyed fishing, collecting coins and stamps, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda (LaGoy) Stephens, his children; Tina Consoli of Plattsburgh, Tracy Stout of Illinois, Trisha Titus of Plattsburgh, Crystal Stephens of Plattsburgh, Robert and Sean Stephens, his siblings; Joanne Carter of Pennsylvania, Randy Stephens of Caro, MI., David Stephens of West Virginia, 15grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Interment with full military honors will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery at a later date. A celebration of his life will follow. Memorial donations may be made to the North Country Honor Flight.
