Daniel E. Herlihy, 54, of Morrison Avenue, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont. He was born in Plattsburgh on May 1, 1966, the son of Charles and Kathryn (Rigg) Herlihy.
Daniel was a self employed General Contractor for many years. He was a free spirit who enjoyed travelling for work, spending winters in Florida, , listening to live music and spending time with his dog “Ivy”.
He is survived by his mother Kathryn Herlihy of Plattsburgh, a brother James Herlihy and his wife Sheri of Chittenango, NY, two sisters; Kathleen Michaud and her husband Bill of Coxsackie, NY., Leslie and Jim Schepp of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and several nieces and nephews who he loved very much.

He was predeceased by his father Charles “Mac” Herlihy .
Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Face masks are required. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at a later date
