Daniel S "Danny" Seymour

Plattsburgh---Mr. Daniel S. "Danny" Seymour, 52, of Military Turnpike, Plattsburgh, New York passed away Friday, May 15, 2009 at the CVPH Medical Center with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Plattsburgh, New York on November 26, 1956 the son of Roger and Fanny May (Collins) Seymour. Danny attended Beekmantown Central School. He was an avid bowler having bowled several perfect 300 games and he received many other bowling awards. Danny enjoyed NASCAR and was a fan of Tony Stewart. He was predeceased by his parents Roger and Fanny Seymour and a sister Regina Seymour in infancy. Dan is survived by two daughters; Kristina M. LaBombard and her husband Robert of Plattsburgh, Jennifer Garrow and her husband Theodore "Teddy" of Plattsburgh, two brothers; Dennis Seymour and his wife Doris of Plattsburgh, Kevin Seymour and his wife Cindy of Plattsburgh, a sister; Carol Seymour Carter and her husband Dean of Indiana, his former wife Connie Seymour of Plattsburgh, his lifelong friend, JoAnn Roussel, one uncle Gordon Seymour of Plattsburgh, several, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him. Calling hours will be Sunday, May 17, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, New York. A funeral service will follow at 4:30 with the Rev. Gilbert O. Boisvert, pastor of Holy Angels Church, Altona and St. Louis de France Church, Sciota officiating. Interment will be in the family plot at the Treadwell Mills Cemetery.
