Plattsburgh Darlene C. McIntosh, 49, of Sharron Ave., Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2015. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on April 1, 1965 the daughter of the late Gerald and Evelyn (Chagnon) Bird. Darlene will be missed by her friends and family and was known to do anything for them. Her greatest joy was for her family; she was so proud of her daughter and grandchildren who meant the world to her. On weekends Darlene and her mother enjoyed their time together going to several garage sales. She was predeceased by her father, Gerald Bird, her three grandchildren; Joshua McIntosh, Brent Chagnon, Mariah Chagnon,. Darlene is survived by her daughter, Jessica McIntosh and her fiancé Evan Chagnon, her grandson, Brayden McIntosh, her mother, Evelyn Bird, her sisters; Carline Boucher and her husband Mike, Angel Schneider and her husband Richard, her nephews; Daniel Steady, Michael Boucher and many more friends also survive her. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, a funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel.
