David K Blaise

Champlain David K. Blaise, 44, of Church Street, Champlain, NY passed away on Sunday June 12, 2011 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on December 7, 1966 the son of David and Denise (Davis) Blaise. David enjoyed spending time playing on his computer and with family. He is survived by his wife Anna Burdo Blaise, his parents David and Denise of Au Sable Forks, three children; Kendra, David and Josh Blaise all of Plattsburgh, a step daughter, Kristina Burdo of Mooers, a sister Helen Blaise of Au Sable Forks, his mother in law Evalina Burdo of Ellenburg Depot, several brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday June 15, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Altona. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, burial will be in Holy Angels Cemetery in Altona.
