Dean B Corron

July 20, 1967 — June 25, 2021

Dean Brian Corron, 53, of West Chazy, was taken from us on June 25th, 2021, at CVPH after a 2 month battle with terminal brain cancer. Dean came home on hospice care one month ago after his tumor doubled in 3 weeks time. Dean was born July 20th, 1967, in Plattsburgh to Bonita LaFave and Donald Corron.
Dean was a mechanic who enjoyed building bikes and fixing cars. He worked at Dame's Rental Center for many years but had since been disabled after struggling with back issues. Dean celebrated his 12th wedding anniversary on June 3rd with his wife Melissa of 16 years. Dean enjoyed taking his children for buggy rides, hanging with his friends, shooting pool in his garage, going fishing, spending time at his seasonal camp on Silver Lake where he would kayak and drive his boat. Dean had a very big heart and will be remembered for his humor, his strength and how genuine he truly was. Dean never let his illness take away the kind of person he was and he never let it change his attitude towards life. Dean was a strong person and fought hard and he will be remembered for the fighter he was. He will be deeply missed by many, forgotten by none.
Dean is survived by his wife, Melissa Corron of West Chazy, their four children, Hannah, Dean, Aalayah, Wesley Corron of West Chazy, three children from his previous marriage, Joshua, Nathan, Erika Corron, his father, Donald (Gail)Corron of Altona, his father-in-law, Arleigh (Sheila) LaFountain of Ausable Forks, sisters Tracey, Tonya, Jessica Corron, one brother, Brad Corron of West Chazy, a brother-in-law, Tyler Hart of Lewis, 8 grandchildren, his aunt Kathy (Dennis) Tetreault of Point Au Rouche, and the rest of his family and friends left to carry on his memory.
Dean was preceded in death by his mother, Bonita(Bonnie) Anderegg of Peru in January, his first cousin Arthur (Superman) Trudo of Jericho in March after battling cancer himself for 2 years.
