Donna Marie Wood

Donna Marie Wood, 55, of Route 22 Beekmantown, NY, entered the gates of heaven on May 10, 2014. She was born in Johnson City, NY on January 26, 1959, the daughter of Earl and Loretta (Ciccone) Hafler. Donna worked as a beautician for several years. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed her crafts. In her time on earth Donna touched the lives on many. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the VFW Post 1466 in Beekmantown. She was predeceased in heaven by her father Earl Hafler. Donna leaves behind her husband Allen Wood, her son A.J. Wood and his wife Carrie, her mother Loretta Hafler, her sister, Roseann Dubuque and her husband Ken, her brother Robert Hafler and his wife Joann and sister-in-law Teresa, four nieces; Loretta Sorrell and her companion Dan Perry, Jean Hafler, Amy Hafler, Kristen Hafler and her companion Eric; three nephews; Daniel Sorrell, Robert Hafler, Jr. and his companion Toni, Brandon Dubuque and companion Amber Pelkey, three great nieces; Taylor Davison, Kelsie Fobare and Isabel Ferullo, two great nephews; Kevin Fobare and Robert Hafler, III. Calling hours will be held on Thursday May 15, 2014 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home in Altona. Burial will be at Holy Angels Cemetery in Altona.
