He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on February 21, 1984 the son of Edward and Shelia (Forkey) Clark. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday January 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Angels Church in Altona. Burial will be in the parish cemetery later in the year.
