Earl W Dresser

Earl W. Dresser, 63, of Plattsburgh, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 at the UVM Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont. He was born in Plattsburgh on May 16, 1956, the son of the late Earl and Shirley (Ashline) Dresser.
Earl enjoyed being outdoors, going camping and roller-blading. He enjoyed anime, collecting figurines or watching shows. He was a skilled baker, making treats for his family, but above all spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children and their spouses; Jessica Dresser, Megan Rostak and her husband Michael, Taylor Dresser and her companion Justin Mesec, his step-son Brandon McCauslin, his grandchildren; Paige Dresser, MacKenzie McCauslin, Landon Rostak, Piper Helmer, Elijah McCauslin, Olivia Rostak, Nolan Rostak, Ayden Mesec-Dresser, one on the way, Briar Mesec-Dresser, his companion Christina Calkins and her son Roger “Chuck” Hewson, his siblings Joseph Dresser, Cheryal Evans, Misty Whitten, and Shawn Dresser and their spouses; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and his longtime companion Jane LaPorte, as well as his granddaughter, Parker Helmer.
Due to the current pandemic, services will be private. Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
