Edward J Latour

Edward J. Latour, Jr., 86, of Olivetti Place passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY the son of Edward J. and Irene (Lewis) Latour. Ed was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He retired as a detective from the City of Plattsburgh Police Department in 1976. Ed was predeceased by his parents, his brothers; Harvey, Elmer, Melvin and Carl Latour and a sister Moran Green. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Jean (Johnson) Latour, two brothers; Phillip (Pon) Latour, Leonard (Lori) Latour, two sisters; Mary (Herman) Stone, Sally Poulton, a sister-in-law Carol Loner, two nephews who were like his sons; Paul (Kelly) Loner and Michael (Vicki) Loner and a great niece Alexandria Loner, several nieces, nephews and his feline companions. Calling hours will be Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
