Eileen Bailey Overbaugh

Eileen Bailey Overbaugh, 73, Pine Harbour, Plattsburgh, NY, passed away on May 6, 2023 at CVPH Medical Center with her family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on March 5, 1950 the daughter of John and Barbara (Gilroy) Bailey of Dannemora, NY.

Eileen graduated from Saranac High School in 1969. She was a corrections officer with the NEw York State Department of Corrections, working at Altona and Coxsackie Correctional Facilities. Eileen enjoyed a good round of golf and traveling. She also resided in Bradenton, FL for several years.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Duane Overbaugh and a brother John Bailey.

Eileen is survived by her son Sean Conley and his wife Sarah of Albany, five sisters; Maureen Lavery and her husband Tom, Kathie Bailey, Barbara LaDuke and her husband William, Bonnie Proulx and her husband James and Carol Gibson and her husband Michael, several nieces and nephews also survive her.

Calling hours will be held on Friday May 12, 2023 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel at 2:30 pm.
