Eleanore B Inhelder

Eleanore B. Inhelder, 76, of Rand Hill Road, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at her home with family by her side.
She was born in Pittsfield. Ma. on August 19, 1944, the daughter of the late James and Miriam (Savage) Stack.
She worked as a tax preparer for 30 years both self-employed and with H&R Block. Ellie was very active in the community including with the Beekmantown booster club, the Beekmantown board of elections and treasurer for the Beartown ski area. In her younger years she was an avid skier and taught all three of her children to ski. She was a dedicated wife and mother, and was passionate about Nebraska huskers college football, gardening and reading. In recent years, she enjoyed winters in Royal Palm Beach Florida. She lived her life as she died, with great intent.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Dr. James Inhelder, her 3 loving children, Miriam Inhelder of Buffalo, NY, Matthew Inhelder of Lenox, MA, and Daniel (Kathryn) Inhelder of Morrisonville., 5 grandchildren, Chloe, Ryan, Rachel, Sylvie and Mirabelle, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St. in Plattsburgh. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 26, 2020 at 11:00 am at Trinity Episcopal Church. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be offered to Hospice of the North Country.
