Elizabeth M. "Betty" Roberts, 90, of Shingle Street in Morrisonville, passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the UVM Health Network- CVPH with family by her side. She was born in Plattsburgh on September 4, 1933, the daughter of the late Wilmer and Valery (Drollette) Hackett. Betty was a parishioner of St. Alexander's Church and enjoyed fishing, cooking, motorcycle riding in her earlier days and spending time with her family. She is survived by her children and their spouses; Vickie and William Lobdell , Kevin and Vanessa Roberts, Kim and Lindy Roberts of North Carolina, Valery and Colin Favaro, a daughter in law; Mrs. Jerry (Linda) Roberts of North Carolina, her siblings and their spouses; William and Bonnie Hackett, Tom and Debbie Hackett, Dale and Dale Walton, Donna Hackett, 10 grandchildren,18 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald Roberts , a son Gerald "Jerry" Roberts , a sister Bernice "Bernie" Roberts, a brother Kenneth Hackett, and a sister Linda Hackett. Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Brown Funeral Home, 3 Park Row in Cadyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville, Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery in Redford. Memorial donations may be made to St. Alexander's Church. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home in Cadyville. Online condolences may be offered at www.brownfuneralhomeinc.com
