Elizabeth R. “Beth” Bissonette, 62, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020 at her home with her loving family by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country. She was born in Glens Falls on January 27, 1958 the daughter of Edward “Pete” and Agnes (Favreau) Webber.
Beth graduated from Beekmantown Central School Class of 1976. She attended Our Lady of Victory Secretarial School and graduated from Clinton Community College. Beth retired from the Clinton County Department of Social Services in 2013. She married Bryon Bissonette on November 8, 1980. Beth was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and loved to tailgate and attend all home games. Her children and grandchildren were her daily passion as were her many grand pets. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church.
She was predeceased by her mother and a nephew Sean Webber.
Beth is survived by her husband Bryon of Plattsburgh, a daughter Jennifer Bissonette Bowen of Virginia Beach, a son Jeremy Bissonette of Plattsburgh, her father, Pete Webber of Plattsburgh, a brother, John (Linda) Webber of Schenectady, three grandchildren; Evan, Avery and Emerson Bowen and several nieces and nephews.
At Beth’s request, there will be no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated November 5, 2020 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Victory Church with the Rev. William G. Reamer, presiding.
Entombment will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery Columbarium.
Due to COVID, facial coverings and social distancing must be observed.
In lieu of flowers donations in Beth’s name can be made to the Elmore SPCA or Hospice of the North Country.
Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Plattsburgh.
