Elsie M Lester

Elsie M. Lester, 86, of Cadyville, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021 at the UVM Health Network-CVPH. She was born in Plattsburgh, NY on September 10, 1935, the daughter of Arthur and Myrle (Hoyt) Blair.
One of Elsie’s favorite things to do was sing. Her and her husband would go to the Town Hall in Saranac and have jam sessions every week for many years. She loved spending time with her children, Grand and Great Grandchildren, bird watching, baking and doing puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Sherman and Christine Lester of Leon, Kansas; Gregg and Coleen Lester of Plattsburgh; Norman Lester of Saranac; Kimberly Ritchie of Saranac; Russell Lester and Tracy Armstrong of Beekmantown and Paul Lester of Saranac.
She is predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Myrle (Hoyt) Blair, 4 brothers, Myrle, Leon, Gerald, Bobby and a sister Shirley (Blair) Marshall.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
