Emanuel E Ocasio

Emanuel Ocasio,77, passed February 1, 2024 at the Elderwood of Uihlein in Lake Placid. He was born Thursday, February 14th, 1946 , in Ponta' Celles, Belgium. the son of Edmundo Ocasio and Edith Ocasio (Inghels). Emanuel served in the Military in the Vietnam theater. He served in the Navy Exchange Services working in Electrical among other things. He lived in many states across the United States of America as well as a few other countries throughout his life Donations in Emmanuel's honor can be made to either the Hospice of the North Country or the Elderwood of Uihlein in Lake Placid. He is survived by his brothers, Edwyn (Gena') Ocasio, In Cedar Park, Texas, Frank (Doreen) Ocasio, in Plattsburgh, New York, Ruben (Karen) Ocasio, in Killeen, Texas, David (Martine) Ocasio, in Killeen, Texas, and Ray Ocasio, along with 13 Nieces and Nephews, 17 great-Nieces and Nephews, and and 2 great-great- Nieces and Nephews. He is predeceased by his parents; Edmundo Ocasio and Edith Ocasio (Inghels), and Joan, his Wife of 53 years. A Funeral service will be held for both Emanuel and Joan on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, at the Bread of Life Church, at 11:00 am. Arrangements are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home.
