Eugene G Martineau

Mr. Eugene G. Martineau, 75, of Cross Road, Plattsburgh, NY, and the last surviving child of George and Mable (Collins) Martineau, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at his home with his family by his side, to go to meet his wife, Joan and his siblings. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY on October 19, 1940. He married Joan Dandrow on January 17, 1962. He will be missed for his unconditional love for everyone he met. His greatest joys in life were spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He worked construction throughout his life, working for Harry Payea for over 30 years. He was predeceased by his parents, his siblings; Gordon, Ronnie, Harold, Darwin, Daniel, Laura, Mildred, Isabelle, and a granddaughter Danielle McGinley. He is survived by his children; Eugene G. Martineau, Jr. of Chazy, Lisa Wildman and her husband Ben of Plattsburgh, Crystal Stansbury of Peru, his grandchildren; Heather, Kyle, Justin, Wade, Elizabeth, Brionna, Steven and Cody, great grandchildren, Zander, Jaxon, Weston, and Aurora, his in-laws, William and Kathy Jabaut, and Francis and Dawn Dandrow and Clarice Lavigne, and special friends Richard and Agnes Lavalley, and several nieces and nephews also survive him.
